Online backup service.

Everyone knows we should frequently backup our computers, so we do not lose the data we would like to keep. One solution for this is to use an Online Backup (7 hits) service.

One company that provides this service is IBackup (7 hits). I looked into this service today and here is what I found. IBackUp’s online backup services include back up for windows, MS SQL server backup, Exchange server backup, Web Manager, IBackup Professional, IBackuo for Linus/Unix and IBackup’s Central Managements Console.

With IBackup you can schedule future backups for a certain date or time as well as view the scheduled backup jobs in all your backup accounts.

IBackup carries many subscription plans through online subscriptions. You can opt for either monthly or yearly subscriptions. Yearly subscriptions carry a discount to the monthly subscriptions.

IBackup is an intergrated Online Backup (7 hits) provider, they enable both consumers and businesses to get protection of their data at a reasonable cost.

Thanks for the post. I came across your blog on time. I was in search of a credible online backup service to backup my files and folders.

I think IBackup seems to be the right one for me. If you do a backup, it will compress the files and transfers portions of files that are changed. This will take up less bandwidth so that my normal use of the computer is not disrupted. That’s really cool.

IBackup is not just for backing up and restoring files and folders; that’s what I’ve found. Others like Carbonite sits on your computer and quietly perform automatic backups of your files in the background. It does not allow you to schedule backups as in IBackup. Besides backups and restores, IBackup allows mapping of network drives, backups of both open and locked up files, backups of databases like MS Exchange server.

IBackup can also be used as a management tool for all your photos and media files. You can access the contents of your account through a browser from anywhere and then upload new files, delete some files, change files to a different folder and share files with others. Sharable links created are emailed to others who just have to click the link to download the folder to your computer. Go ahead and try it out.
