Bellmore School Threat!

Both News12 and Newsday.com are reporting that a "Columbine-like" threat has been found on a desk at a John F. Kennedy Highschool Classroom in Bellmore. The threat claims the incident will take place on Nov 1. According to a written statement issued by the school, there will be heightened security throughout the day tomorrow.
The writing on the desk was found Friday. Officials at the Bellmore-Merrick Central High School District said in a statement yesterday that " … the district investigated the matter and notified the police to implement the proper precautionary steps. Security has been heightened with the cooperation of police.
