Newsday.com is reporting that Billy Joel (4 hits) has put his Center Island (6 hits) estate on the market with an asking price of $37.5 million. So why Mr. Joel selling? —Because town officials won’t allow him to build a dock for his commuter yacht Vendetta his fishing boat Alexa and his pontoon landing craft. The three vessels have to be docked across the harbor at an Oyster Bay (4 hits) marina.
