The gym was ok, sauna never worked, and EXPECT TO BE CHARGED 2 MONTHS AFTER YOU QUIT!

How do I purchase the Koga workout DVD?

The staff is unprofessional and rude. I went to the gym for almost a year, and my credit card was stolen, I reported it to Koga because I was set up for monthly billing. I got a bill a month later stating I was behind on my payment, I went down to the gym and they said they never changed the credit card,I gave them the new credit card in person. About 6 months went by and one day I went to the gym and they explained to me that was account was in COLLECTIONS. I called the agency and explained the situation and they said I needed to deal with the gym. I called and explained my situation and they said they never received a new credit card, I explained to her that I changed my credit card twice, how did you not get the new card? They still had the stolen credit card on file, and how come I never received ONE phone call or ONE letter about this issue, I was then transfered to the Manager. She called me a liar, used foul language, hung up on me twice. I called the owner and he said he would meet with me, I went down to the gym he was never there and never returned ANY of my phone calls.
I have spoken to many other customers and I have a list of 14 people that left that gym because of similar issues

hello, i asked the gym to please make sure im not renewd after my membership ends in may, now im seeing they are not so nice there! i need to talk to someone or email & make sure that the form i filled out gets attention, i was supposed to also fill out a form at the beginning because i asked people who worked there about the machines, no one ever got back to me, im glad im almost done! i just hope my memeber ship ends, NOT to be renewed!!
